Mission Statement:

To create a mechanism that promotes a tangible awareness of ones own development, both strengths and weaknesses. Seeing a profile come to life by way of a thoughtful and holistic curriculum is the foundation for intentional training.

This curriculum is not meant to be a one-size-fits-all solution to such an individualized position. Leaving practice plans up to the mercy of a coach who may or may not understand your individual strengths and weaknesses isn't a recipe for success either. Assessing proficiency across several key aspects of the position provides information that goaltenders can bring with them anywhere, and is a step toward eliminating training inefficiencies.
